And of course - we Classic Who fans had to put up with endless months with no Who!

And it was always shown in Winter - which was fantastic.

It's funny, I started watching back when Pertwee was in the TARDIS, and my childhood memories of Who are such that, when I look back, it was ALWAYS on the TV; I don't remember the times it wasn't ever happening, it seemed like it was on every week, all year round. ♥

If they stopped showing Eastenders 4 times a week, they'd have money for longer series of Who... ;)

Ohh I remember endless summers with no Who - and you'd go back to school in September knowing that Who wasn't far away...
