What if she miscarries? They keep talking about Amy in danger, how Rory doesn't like it, yada yada...would they do a miscarriage on Doctor Who?

I was thinking that too, I read bardingtide's comment then watched Karen's interview and when she was talking about her big secret and how it gets really dark... I hope it isn't that though 'cause we've already had the whole preggers thing.
