Physical comedy and Doctor Who

Is it just me, or has there been a lot more physical comedy in the episode since Matt took over? And I don't mean pratfalls and people walking into lamp-posts (though we've had some moments along those lines-http://doctorwho.sonicbiro.co.uk/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=76235&fullsize=1 , http://doctorwho.sonicbiro.co.uk/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=80992&fullsize=1 )
I mean moments that are perhaps quite understated, often fleeting, but also really quite funny, in a madman-with-a-box sort of way.
Like the way Eleven empties a glass of water in 'Eleventh Hour'.
Or when he starts tearing bits off the set in 'Time of Angels'

It helps, of course, that Matt's physicality in the role is brilliant, and he can go from awkwardness to childishness to out-and-out weirdness and back again in a matter of seconds.
In the end, for me, it comes back down to rewatchability. So many of these little scenes only strike one on a second viewing, once you're no longer quite so caught up in the plot. And they just make the whole thing seem much richer and more lively.
Anyone else got any favourite funny moments they'd like to add?
(I now realise that my examples have centred entirely around Smith. That actually wasn't intentional, and let's not neglect the other cast members' comic ability;  vampire-bashing, Rory-style, anyone? http://doctorwho.sonicbiro.co.uk/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=78304&fullsize=1 )
