Technically it's NOT a contest - they're inviting people to submit stories and a number of them will be recorded. So there can be several winners.

I'm totally going for it - with Eight and Liz Shaw. ('cos I love mixing up incarnations of the Doctor with companions they didn't travel with!)

Well, it's still a competition though, you have to be chosen as one of the few. :)

I've never written Classic Who, but this absolutely makes me want to!

True but since they're not describing it as a contest (as they did with the Big Finish Short Trips writing contest about 3 years ago) then I prefer to think of it as not a contest! :D

(Don't mind me, I'm a terrible pedant! :D)

Go for it - what harm is there in trying?

But! If you get chosen, you sort of 'win' monies! XD

And you'd totally be made of win. So I'm in contest mode. ;)

Well exactly! And it just so happens I had a dream about Four and Sarah Jane last night, in the context of an important event in his timeline ...hmmm, maybe brain was trying to tell me something... *strokes pretend beard*

Just so long as you don't go into detail about the event (assuming it's canonical - ie in a TV episode) 'cos that you can't do...

*sporfle*

BB, I haven't watched any Four since it aired the first time around. I couldn't even tell you what was canon back then, so i don't think I need to worry. :)

But thanks for the heads up. Research ain't my bag, I totally make shit up. :D

Ah okay! I was misled by "important event in his timeline" into thinking you meant something canonical. My bad...

Hee, I'm rather excited about this now!
