Yet another month has gone by, so now I must update. Camp got closed down without incident, though entirely too early. I've been back to Carr Metal since the 8th. I was put in charge of keeping two of the CNC machines running, which keeps me busy for two hours at a time whenever one job is done and there's another to take its place. In between all those, I've spent the last three weeks cataloging all the fixtures we have to hold the parts on the CNC machines and printing off little labels for them. I'm glad that's over with; it was getting quite annoying. Now I'm on to sorting through all the extra parts we have stored upstairs - inventorying and organizing. I don't mind that much, though...it's just gonna take forever because nobody kept records of any of that stuff while I was gone. Okay, now for my life outside of work. Spent just about every evening with my better half until I had to take her to ISU on the 16th. The first two weekends were preseason Colts games working in the ATA Touchdown Club. Not as bad as working upstairs in the normal booth, except having to work for Miss Becky. Spent a few evenings at Belzer to get away from family. My better half was baptized the Sunday before she went back to school. Then that next Friday, some idiot who'd better hope I never find him decided to break into my truck. Stole my laptop, iPod, Bible, SWSNBN's wedding set, and every last one of my Magic cards. Luckily they missed the two guns in the drivers' door. So now I'm going through Shawn's cards to get an idea of what I had so I can get the insurance company a halfway accurate estimate of what they were worth. Last weekend was the gun show with my better half. Quite fun, though no guns were bought. I ended up with a nice looking butterfly knife and kydex sheath, a collapsible police baton, spare magazine for my Llama, and a samauri (sp?) sword. And acutally, I spent less than she did...she bought books, a marine saber, and she ended up paying for my sword because we were wheelin' and dealin' with the guy and he gave it to us cheap. I was quite proud of myself for that. Oh, and I'm finally getting rid of my old car. She found out last weekend she will be able to buy it, so maybe someday soon I'll be able to park in the driveway every night! Oh...almost forgot. I'm not in school this semester. I've been forced to take a semester off, which works well, since I've wanted to since last year and I'm broke. Hopefully I'll be able to afford to go back in January, but we'll see. This weekend will involve seeing my better half at some point (still up in the air until she gets done talking to her mom), Sky Concert Saturday evening, and who knows what the rest of the time. Osiris, I should be out to Belzer next Saturday to help and to show off my new toys. But, that's all for now. Night!
