1) "Look Around You" -- a British TV series of 10-minute shows done in the style of educational programming of the 1970s and 80s. I laughed my tonsils out at all of the "scientific" experiments and terminology. Search it at YouTube. (Thanks for the recommendation, tenticuls and devil nerd!)
2) I'm off to see the new Harry Potter in another hour or so. The first half of the book has zero Snape content, so I suppose the film won't either. Looking forward, all the same.
3) Boss calls me in the other day: "I'm terribly terribly sorry, but it seems we've accidentally cheated you out of 40 hours of vacation time. We owe you." WOO HOO! I won't work a full week between now and the end of the year.
4) So today, on my new day off, I began the Christmas shopping.
Rorschach horse (Rorse) that I got for my niece.
If I were shopping for the Comedian, I would have gotten him these.
If I were shopping for Rorschach, I would get him these!
Speaking of whom, the poor guy is on clearance. There was only one Ror, so I moved him to the front. Isn't the backwards Toys R Us "R" the perfect touch?
ta-ta!
