Just realized that I hadn't officially stated that I have returned to NOLA safely and after a pleasantly uneventful journey. Not entirely uneventful - we stopped to see Princess for a couple days, which was good. Jacksonville, NC has nothing going for it, save for the Mai Tai Chinese Buffet. And that's one more thing than I thought was good after I left the last time. Now, I am back, and I have a car, but I had to sink a ton of cash into the goddamn air conditioning, so ye olde budget is gonna be tight for a while. This is NOT a pre-emptive strike against invitations to do shit. This is letting you know that it is likely that I will not be able to do shit, but you should still ask me anyway, goddamn you.
