It Seems That He's Got More Friends Now That He's Dead
Hello people!
I was woken up at about 9:00 today.
I took a quick shower and got ready to go; dad wanted me to go grocery shopping with him. We didn't end up leaving for another hour cuz we wanted to wait til mom left for work. It started snowing just before we left! And it kept going all day! :D We finally headed out around 11:00 and went to K-Mart first. We picked up some chips and some soda that Nick wanted; Faygo Moon Mist. It's DELICIOUS. <3
Our next stop was Wal*Mart. We split up so that I could get some stuff for dad's stocking. I got some M&M's and Raisinets, then met up with him in electronics. I looked for the new David Cook CD for him, but they didn't have it, so I couldn't get it. We bopped around a little and I found insanely cute Spiderman pajamas. The pants have 50s Spidey comics on them and the t-shirt says, "We Met On The Web." XD SO CUTE.
I love them. I also found Taking Lives on DVD for $4. I have a copy already, BUT, I got it at a thrift shop and it's widescreen. I've never tried to watch it, but who knows how well it will play? Besides, I much prefer fullscreen, so I decided to get it. We went to Burger King and Starbucks next, where I got my lunch, lol; chicken nuggets, fries and a frappucino. We stopped at Taco Bell for dad and Nick's lunches, then went home.
I brought in the groceries so I could hide dad's presents from him and quickly went upstairs with them. Then he asked me to wrap some stuff for him, so I did. I spent about an hour wrapping everything while Nick and I watched a couple episodes of Frasier in the living room. After that, we decided to play The Sims together. That lasted a couple hours cuz it took me a while to build the house, as usual, lol.
We stopped around 5:00, when dad and I watched the news for a while. Mom came home and we ate dinner at about 6:30. We watched a few eps of Paranormal State, which were EXCELLENT, as well as Jeopardy! and a little bit of Death at a Funeral, where the title of this post is from. Mom's taking a bath and dad's doing some last-minute wrapping. I'm thinking of going to bed soon, myself.
TOMORROW IS CHRISTMAS EVE, OHHHHHH EMMMM GEEEEEE.
