So, hey, I take it you're a fan of Maureen, lol. What book of hers would you rec the most? What is it that you like about her?

This is SO BAD, but the only book I ever read of hers was The Key to the Golden Firebird. I read it three years ago and I didn't love it. But, um, I kind of started reading Libba Bray and Libba and Maureen were doing videos together for a while and I thought Maureen was hysterical so I somehow started reading her 'blog and I think she's super funny. And I follow her on Twitter and watch her BlogTV stuff and, um, I did recently buy Suite Scarlett because she said if the paperback made Amazon's top 1000 in books (which it did), she was going to go to trapeze school. So I'm going to give her another shot as soon as I finish the book I'm currently reading.

This is my dirty, horrible secret. I'm been internet stalking (for two years) an author who I don't even read. So, I can't really help.

LOLOL I LOVE YOU FOR THAT STORY. <3 That's totally something I would do. I've actually read the synopses (sp?) for some of her books and they don't sound like the kind of books I would like. John's books are actually kinda not really what I would like normally, either, but there's something about them...they're just so quirky and adorable and smart...I think that's it. They're smart, for teen lit, lol. <3

Haha, I am super glad that you're not all WTF? But I highly recommend her 'blog and her twitter. She's an evil genius. She started the whole No Pants movement in protest of Amazon Fail!

I want to read John Green and one of his books will probably be my next book purchase. Because I feel creepy looking at pictures of the back of his head without reading his books, you know?
