Recombinant DNA can be used to insert a specific gene of choice into the plasmid of a bacterium by the use of restriction enzymes. Restriction enzymes cut out certain parts of a DNA sequence by palindromic patterns, leaving behind sticky ends. This method can be used to cut open the plasmid to leave sticky ends and also to selectively cut out genes

Actually the locals call it 'Axyori'...apparently there were 4 transforming robots fighting each other. 2 were planes, 1 was a shark and 1 was a fire truck....why does that sound familiar?

Oh... I didn't hear about that place. I remember meeting one of the robots when I first arrived though. He had a V-mon for a partner and helped me out of a real bind.
