Smallville "Conspiracy" Chlollie rewatch
I was under the impression that Justin Hartley wasn't going to be in "Conspiracy" so I went out with my sister to dinner and to the movies to see Valentine's Day. It's not a must-see, but I promised I'd take my sis to see another 15 sec of Taylor Lautner outside of New Moon. And how surprised was I when I got home; turned on Smallville and was graced with SHIRTLESS JUSTIN! OMG ::DIES:
The 1st scene I'm officially dubbing "The Epic Angry Oliver is trying to resist HOTChloe's advances scene!" (that phrase is trademarked and not to be used without the express permission of Dockfangirl inc. LOL!) OH MY FREAKING GOD! --- I don't want to bypass the FACT that Chollie has been established (shakes fist that it happened in Offscreenvile) and is now OFFICIALLY CANON! --- BUT Oliver walking in all AngryOliie and HotChloe coming around her desk was just ABSOLUTELY UNDENIABLY HOT! Chloe's lip biting! Did you see the GREEN SATIN SHIRT! ::FLAILS::
Oliver turning up the music and the intense way he was looking at Chloe... like he was trying to convince himself NOT to grab her!
- THE ALMOST KISS!!!!!!! ::heart actually stops::
Can these two get ANY hotter? If so, I don't know that I'll survive! So maybe I'm wanking, but I truly believe that Oliver came over more out of fear and wanting to protect Chloe from Tess than to confront her.
And in his confrontation of her he seems more hurt that she didn't trust him with the "why" behind her actions, because let's face it, is there anything that Oliver wouldn't do for Chloe at this point had she trusted him enough to just ask? Is it just me? Am I the only one that's feeling this way?
2nd scene, Chloe's Kryptonite arsenal reveal is MAJOR! I am actually glad that she is going forward with a BACK UP plan! Seriously, is she the only one who realizes that "Pandora" has not been completely averted, and probably won't be until Clark realizes that he can't play footsies with Zod? As hot as that sounds... Tom/Callum ::spanks hand:: She's not OK with just sitting back and trusting Clark again... is a f*cking understatement. Chloe's not OK with just sitting back and trusting ANYONE again! I'm really hoping that this will be explored between Chlollie.
Last scene, Oliver moving all the weapons was further evidence of my wank that he really IS protecting Chloe from Tess. Not that I don't think she can handle herself, nor do I believe that Oliver doubts that she can either, but it's safe keeping you know. Since Chloe is not going to willingly tell him everything at this point, he's going to have to force his way in and share the reigns with her. "You can't have a set of rules for yourself and then a whole other set of rules for everyone else!"
OMG these two are amazing! I can't stop... I can't stop watching them... I. CAN'T. STOP!
