Well, first and foremost...the one seminar in my fall choice of courses has been canceled. As such, I am now forced to choose another. A few have caught my eye such as: Contraband Capitalism and Economics of the Middle East.
So, the judges regularly throw out ludicrous law suits against our president/government/government affiliated organizations. For example, some psychic sued NASA for tampering with the structure of the cosmos. Well, in Russia ludicrous is an understatement.
A mother-in-law is suing her son-in-law for 30,000 dollars in restitution damages. She gave said money in the form of a tropical getaway to son-in-law for the honeymoon. During said honeymoon, the mother-in-law felt guilty at leaving her daugher alone for her first time and decided to join the couple on their vacation. Note: They only had enough money to rent a one room suite and so the mother-in-law cooked in the kitchen (which overlooks the bed) while the couple was there. The son-in-law couldn't get it up and the daughter testified to his impotence. Long story short, the guy won and is still married. Moral of the story: Russians are insane. Think about this while you wonder how a submarine gets caught in fishing nets at 700 feet beneath the ocean's surface.
