Peter had been spending some time, focusing on the day to day work of Ghostbustering with the rest of the team. Though Egon and Ray also checked him out at his request when some things didn't add up right in his memories compared with others. Especially after his previous notes were shown to him.

But he couldn't focus on that now. Work was piling up some, and he had recently gotten a phone call, and a scheduled meeting with some people.

He came back a short while later, looking a bit stunned.
Winston was watching TV in the common room nearby, and noticed Peter stopped in to plunk down on the couch.
"Hey Pete? You all right, man?"
He glanced over, and slowly a grin creeped onto his face, "Yeah... you'll never believe this. I've been asked to run for Mayor."
His friend and teammate's eyes widened at that, "Seriously? But I thought Sykes and Wood got the votes locked up between them."
"Guess not, want me to run as an independant."
Winston gave a low whistle, "Well, what are you gonna tell them?"
