When is poker crammed down your throat? I wish I could catch more televised or anything poker. I don't see it on the news, the newspapers etc etc

Its interesting cause I think watching it teaches me about the game, gives me mild strategy perspective and poker face techniques. Not that I've had any opportunities to play it ever. *Where* is poker crammed down your throat? I'll meet you there!

Poker is televised on several of the pay-tv sports channels my dad has. I frequently see articles about poker, poker players and their earnings, how toy companies are making poker too accessable to kids etc. in the various newspapers i read throughout the week. Poker has been televised free-to-air aswell. Late night poker from Wales was on SBS for a time. And i believe channel 10 or Win has some sort of show where 'comedians' face off against eachother in Hold 'em. Furthermore, i refuse to believe that you of all people hasn't been exposed to the USA's celebrity poker starring the likes of losers like Ben Affleck.

and i'll give you a poker-face technique. Go to your local chemist and buy the cheapest, daggiest pair of sunglasses you can find. You're halfway there.

Thats cause you psyche people out with weird shit like that. In a video of world series of poker I have one of the guys wears this black hat with Fool in fat white letters across the front.

Alright so its saturated throughout the medias you watch/read, I'll accept that

I've got a couple of snippets from Celebrity Poker Showdown where Lauren Graham from Gilmore Girls is playing but thats it. I wish they'd televise that on free to air here.
