SINCE I'M STAYING AT HOME FOR THIS CON I CAN POST :D
Most everyone is in a hotel but i'm broke so i'm staying at home at night. I have enough money for a one day pass (that I really don't want to have to get) and a bit of spending money for cheap doujins and a hat. I found a Sebastian/Grell one though and a APH one that I really want to get translated. Why am I so attracted to the pretty?
Anyway, I went as Grell today and got a shit ton of pictures taken of me, it was great. I managed to borrow a con pass from Erin for enough time to go through the dealers room and get some awesome stuff including like the seemingly only Sebastian/Grell doujin, which I snagged right before a huge Kuroshitsuji cosplay group came over looking for them.
Our Germany and Russia were cosplaying Professor Layton and Luke and they were amazing, especially since if you got a puzzle you got candy. Then Italy, them and I went to the Worlds Biggest McDonalds down the road and proceeded to be five years old in the play house (in cosplay). By the end of the day I think I got a very decent amount of pictures taken of me (I know for sure at least one will hit dA since i gave her my username) so I took off the wig and a few accessories, put my hair into a ponytail and proceeded to become normal!Grell, which actually was really good.
I actually had a huge amount of fun for not being able to go to any panels. At the end of the day we planned the panel for tomorrow, one word: SPERMANY. I'll post about that later, it deserves it's own thing.
So tomorrow is Spain and Sunday I really want to cosplay Effy from skins with my boyfriend as Freddy, but he might not do it because he wants more thought into his cosplay than just "throw it together," which I understand. So do I really, it's just an exciting thought. If he doesn't do it I might do Russia (my secret fantasy cosplay forever) if I can find a wig or Shirley if all else fails. Or if i'm just too tired i'll be myself or not even go.
