005: Advancement [Video + Action at Violet outskirts]
[with Light quickly growing fond of his young Eevee, he'll have taught the clever baby of how the PokeGear works, trusting that she was in no way as cheeky and playful as Horus had been, and would only turn on the video feed where it was appropriate.]
[And so, today's episode of Light's Journey is brought to you by the Eevee, Amaterasu. The feed clicks on to reveal a pond, where the Magikarp Euphrates is relaxing mildly in, while the Pidgey Horus is nearby, pecking away at the ground for worms. Light himself is resting under a tree just beside, casting a mild glance over toward Euphrates, before looking directly towards the feed source.]
Ammy? What is it? [he addresses the Eevee fondly, with a shortened version of her name.]
Vee! Vee! Eevee! [will come a rather loud answer, as the feed itself bobs a little.]
What--- [Light'll begin to question, but to stop abruptly. At this point, Light will glance over at his Magikarp again, as if alerted to the Eevee of something that's about to happen. Just then, the Euphrates will briefly begin to glow--- and at the same time, Horus, who had looked up towards Euphrates at this point, would also begin to glow brightly as well, enveloping the entire scene with a brilliant white]
[Eventually, the Light would fade, revealing the two Pokemon to have evolved into their much larger new forms---]
[Gyarados, and Pidgeotto.]
For the both of you to evolve at the same time... [his usual charisma seems to break, unable to hide his joy on the matter.] Well done, both of you! [Light would congratulate his first two members of his team, standing up and heading to between the two Pokemon, to pat them both, while each of them would also react happily to their own master in response, Euphrates rubbing against Light affectionately, and Horus calling out proudly.]
[Amaterasu would obviously not stand for her own lack of affection from her master, and would begin to bound towards Light herself--- shown through the feed bouncing once, spinning, giving the viewer a brief glance of brown fur and some attention-seeking 'Vee! Eevee! Vee!' before the device clatters on the ground, camera towards the ground, showing nothing more as a result. Seconds later, the feed times out.]
