This morning I about had a heart attack. Not really, but it felt like it. I was really exhausted this morning because I just couldn't manage to sleep (snoring DH). I was turning on the shower when I had a really serious BH contraction - it's the first major one I've really noticed. I've had a few small ones, but nothing like this morning.
