So now the problem isn't that Kerry's a flip-flopper. It's that
he's a confirmed liberal. He's not unprincipled. He's too principled, and his principles are wrong.
Bush isn't seriously going to try to convince us that we should vote for him based on
his ability to restrain spending, is he?
