Update on Lady Liberty

I have decided to share this little update about the tax refund place. So of course they have run Today's Buffet out of Morgantown...and probably out of the United States for that matter. This past weekend they were out on the corner advertising their services (haha). Anyway. There were two statues of liberty AND an Uncle Sam. It really is no wonder the Today's people fled. I mean seriously, the statues were bad enough, but they had to go ahead and throw in an Uncle Sam. What's the deal with that? Oh but wait. The best part is yet to come. Aside from having these lovely icons of American culture, they were also giving away hotdogs, that's right HOTDOGS, to cars parked at the intersection and waiting for the light to change. I don't think I would ever eat a hotdog that someone dressed as a statue of liberty or as Uncle Sam offered to me while I was waiting for a light to change at an intersection. Just the thought of that really gives me the creeps. I would like to find out how many people actually took the hotdogs. More updates on Today's and the tax place to come...of that I'm sure!
Moving on. I would like to say congrats to all my Alpha Gam girls at Wesleyan. Great job on recruitment this year! Yay for family 19 growing again! I miss you all so much sometimes. I am trying to find a good weekend to get down there. So girls- let me know what weekends work.
Still no teaching certificate yet. I'm starting to get a little frustrated again, but that's just probably because I hate my job. Also, Duke lost night to Maryland and the scary turtles. So that kinda sucks too. But that's ok, because they are still my favorite college basketball team- as they have been since I was in the 4th grade. That's all for today kids. Leave comments!!
