I'm putting this behind a cut because my answers are far more verbose than they probably should be, but I'm putting off writing so what can I do?
1. I am surprisingly anal about some things, and very lax about others... I hate to clean so my house is generally a mess but my desk at work is nearly spotless. I have no idea why the difference....
2. I am a compulsive shopper, but only about some things. I love to buy books I never read and DVDs I never watch. I think it's the posession of the thing that is what I crave.
3. I am going through a bit of a slide back into childhood. Maybe it's my age, I'm over 40 now, but I have started buying comics and I even have a little collection of dolls action figures at my desk at work. (See my icon... thanks to

4. I don't tell anyone that I write fanfic. I haven't told my husband or my kids and the relatives that do know (two of my sisters) don't understand why I do it. Hell, maybe I don't understand why I do it either, but I sometimes feel gulity about it. Like I should be doing something that could be potentially more lucrative with my spare time, like finish that Great American Celebrity Stalker thriller feature film script I've sorta been trying to write for three years... I bet people might actually want to buy that one if I ever finish it. It's a far more commercial idea than my coming of age script about a painter and her rocker boyfriend which got read but no one bought.
5. I'm not sure I ever used to notice this part of the male body as much I do now, but lately I've found that I love to watch men's chests. I love the curve of a built man's pecs where it meets the delts of the shoulders.... Actually, it should be a law that if you lift weights you must always wear skin-tight shirts.
6. Sorta related to 4, but one reason I started to write fanfic because I was having problems with writing a sex scene in that coming of age script. I had wanted to beef up a particular sex scene that should have been hot but it had just came out dry and boring, like a instruction manual I achieved my goal in writing fanfic, I believe I've learned how to write a hot sex scene, so I think I could probably do that scene much better now... Actually, maybe it wouldn't surprise anyone that has read my stuff, but the scene (although het) involved a blindfold. *grins*
7. I have no idea what to put down for the last one, some earth shattering revelation? Something intimate and personal that no one would ever guess? Or should I say again that I love Smallville still, even though so many have fallen out of love with it... I love Tom Welling and the rest of the cast and I'm glad it's on for at least one more year. I am not ashamed of my love for the show, although at times it's been hard to love lately. As long as Tom Welling is on it, I will keep watching. He is my Superman.
