The authors of my current Master's textbook, Tolbert and Hall (2009), explained that there are the “big five” personality characteristics that are commonly associated with leadership.

They are

“1. 'Surgency' (or extraversion)

2. Conscientiousness

3. Emotional stability

4. Agreeableness or cooperativeness

Time for some input and discussion!

Question:
Is it better for a child to be in a bad home with 2 parents, or to be in an acceptable situation with just one? (for the sake of discussion, the "bad home" is not violent/abusive, but not a good situation either).
