Well, I've just registered so I can bid. Trying to find out what the charity auction is all about, but the site is moving very slowly this morning.

What I'm interested in vidding on is a continuance of a certain Highlander Universe where a certain old immortal involved in a certain double quickening got himself into an interesting situation.

Is that out of the question?

and, of course, I mean *bidding* on - fingers not working right at 6 am. LJ really needs to get an edit feature for comments.

Well, I *am* writing the sequel to that certain series, but I wouldn't object to writing the winning bidder a story set in that Highlander sub-universe of mine. Along the lines of the short story "The English Lord & The Highland Barbarian" in that it would be outside of either series, the short story could take place at any time during the timeline - during the pregnancy story, afterwards, ten years into the future, just about anything as long as it isn't a spoiler or contradict anything I have planned (which we could discuss).
