Well its a step in the right direction .
However, did you know that abstinence based Sex education programs are the least effective- however most popular curriculum for public schools?
Abstinence based programs- emphasize abstinence while meantioning breifly other safer sex alternatives.... Wonder why AIDS is an epidemic? (though I have heard that some christian groups say that AIDS is Gods punishment for our sinful society...)
And while I am ranting... Most of the funding that the US provide to africa- 2 conditions of the money are that the accepting countries outlaw abortion and promote abstinence sex ed....
