What is it about me and keys?
So I've officially lost my last set of keys to my car which left Hayden and I stranded in the Target parking lot in Janesville. Just to add insult to injury as I was getting ready to get out of my car after several vain attempts to get ahold of Cory I opened and a nice lady in her SUV ran into my door denting it in a bit. It closes, but alas it needs to be fixed as I can't really lock my door and it lets the cold air in. Seeing as I had to have my car towed down the street to the hyundai dealer anyways (I own a 05 Hyundai Elantra) to have keys remade for it I figured it kills two birds with one stone by having the door fixed there as well. I'm hoping that the ladies insurance will be covering the incident seeing as it was her car that ran into my door. It's bad enough that I'll be paying likely $100 on replacement keys (I lost my other set what can I say?) I would really like to avoid paying $250 for the damage to my door. It was an interesting night I could have been home by 5:30 instead I wasn't home till almost 8 :( My poor kid was tired and hungry. I'm also pooped. Blarg. No car on top of things. Oy I have to go deal with tired baby.
