PA ordered some softballs for his work team and they were delivered here yesterday afternoon. Of course, a box in the living room will pique the interest of any four-year-old. So it began...
Little man: Mommy, what's in this box?
Me: Softballs for Daddy.
LM: Oh.
Half an hour later...
LM: Mommy, what's in this box?
Me: Softballs for Daddy.
LM: Oh.
And repeat for the whole day. Finally, that evening...
LM: Mommy, what's in this box?
Me: They're...what did I tell you was in it?
LM: Softballs.
Me: That's right.
LM: I think it's hats.
Me: GO SIT IN TIMEOUT!
