City Of Heroes & WXBA 88.1 FM
It seems my character in CoH is doing pretty well. I'm level 12 now and have gotten to group with a few great guys in the last couple of days. I should hit level 13 tomorrow since I wont be able to play tonight. Bio Bubbler, or as I like to call him... Bubbles (yes, I know I'm not original), kicks ass! It's been a total pleasure to play CoH since I started grouping with him. I had a really good team last night grouping with some new people including Dark Avenger, Elf Witch, and Tath The Great (should have been "Tath The Insane"!). That Tath almost died like 10 times on one mission. He started fighting before anyone was even ready, but he was funny and none of us got hurt, so it was OK.
I also pre-recorded 2 new episodes of my radio show on Monday. I finally got to play music I really like that I could edit out the swear words... something I can't do with my live show. So that was pretty kick-ass. And tonight I have my normal show at 6 PM until 7 PM. I work at a small radio station out in Long Island where I have my own show. Its 88.1 FM - WXBA. It's out of Brentwood High School, although I am long out of High School. I started doing it as a favor to my friend Jaime, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. The people there are great and I get to play music that you don't get to hear on the normal radio stations. We don't get pair to play anyone's music, so we play what we want. I have found that most people that listen to my show like the fact that they don't get the same stuff crammed down their throats hour after hour. I'm glad that I could help!
