"If you reveal your secrets to the wind you should not blame the wind for revealing them to the trees."
-Kahlil Gibran
Ok, I am kind of puzzled here. The US government denies the existence of it's top secret military base at groom lake called Area 51. For those not familiar let me quickly recap - Area 51 is a base in Groom Lake (a dried out lake bed) in Nevada. The government (I assume) uses it for testing of military prototype plains (but has been given more devious tasks like housing alien space craft and bodies) When I had my short stint in the world of radio, a couple times on my show the topic of Area 51 came up. The security around this facility is quite tight and usually the base sees you before you see it.
Now with this base "that doesn't exist" is kind of a funny thing. Since you can see the base and there are picture of the base and people work at the base, yet it is no longer in operation. If people can see it and heck I found it on google earth, I am pretty sure it's there. That is like me talking on a phone with you infront of me, and me telling you that there is no phone.(Unless you are in the matrix this makes no sense).
Type in Area 51 in google or yahoo or whatever search engine you use, and see how many sight show picture of it. I feel as if our government is a little kid saying, "Nuh huh, it isn't there." If I worked for the government and the job of dealing with Area 51 was mine. I would tell people what they want, I mean the fact that we can see it and you deny it, only makes us want to peek at it.
