leave a trouble past and I might start new.
Your gentle touch has made me strong again.
And I belong again.
sigh. Oh I am LOVING my new music, thank you old friend!! Love hearing lyrics so meaningful that have no status in my current life. I hope that makes sense because I'm trying to say this music is safe...I can go there and remember ONLY THE MUSIC, get lost in old favorites, wonder occasionally about my taste overall, and generally feel good again every time I hit "play."
Going to look at an apartment shortly. Not being very driven about packing, I'm going about it a different way. If I find a place and move my bedroom THERE, the rest must surely follow. *fingers crossed that this is not another stalling ploy by myself*
I love The Contender!! I wish someone else was watching it, too, so I could talk about it.
I love my daughter~! I wish she was sprawled out on my bed with her best friend when I come home. Even better, I wish they were cleaning out her old bedroom for me!
I love my job.
I hate arsonists. A 34-year old pyromaniac burned down the century-old Bridgeton bridge and I am not the only one with childhood memories there. To this day, when Pam and I road trip, our destination is to touch a covered bridge. Her last trip here that bridge was the Bridgeton span over Raccoon Creek. We took a picture.
I saw it last weekend on my way back from the Mushroom Festival in Mansfield. That's where they caught the arsonist...we can only presume about to set that bridge ablaze. I'm so glad now I decided to drive through Bridgeton Saturday afternoon.
Gotta go, my new digs may await.
