To up the ante, i will be juicing the watermelon myself (note: not slang for masturbation) so its fresh there. There will be some last minute flavoring during the bottling process of course too. Time allotted is 3-4 months.

NOW THE CIDER, on the other hand, will take just over 35 days to come to complete fruition. I fuddled about with the idea of using the berries themselves but when doing the numbers that came to 80 oz of raspberry..so no @_@ The concentrate route should be just as good however (and of course itll be the liquid, not frozen. do not want a watery cider)

I've never made a cider, only ales and meades. I'm very curious as to how this will all turn out.
