Black Raspberry/Apple Cider - Shopping list

3 gallons Martinelli's Apple Juice
1 can apple/raspberry frozen juice concentrate (undecided)
2 cans blueberry/pomegranate frozen juice concentrate (undecided)
3/4 gallon of water
1 lb regular granulated table sugar
1 packet Red Star Champagne yeast (May easily go with 1 pkt 71b yeast, rehydrated)

At Bottling:

1/2 lb lactose
4 oz raspberry flavoring
4 oz priming sugar

And the Hefe, i got inspiration from some sites i was looking at and want to try a new direction:

5.50 lb Wheat LME (4 SRM) Extract 64.7%
0.50 lb Aromatic Malt , Belgium (25 SRM) Grain 2.9 %
0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 5.9 %
1.00 lb Honey 11.8%
0.50 oz Perle [8.25 %] (60 min) Hops 19 IBU
0.25 oz Perle [8.25 %] (15 min) Hops 2.5 IBU
0.25 oz Perle [8.25 %] ( 5 min) Hops 1.6 IBU
1 Pkgs German Wheat Yeast (Safebrew wb-06) Yeast-Wheat

and
2.5 cups of watermelon juice
