...I've got a motorcycle.

Specifically, I've had a motorcycle since Friday.  Spent the whole day running around (and thank you, radioactiveart for ferrying me back to my house from the bike shop) and giving a huge chunk of money to the RMV (wtf is up with that ridiculous tax?  I feel sorry for people who buy new cars - ouch).   Now I've got a shiny new bike ( Read more... )

    Today I got out to the mountain about 2:15.  It took the ski shop no time at all to get my skis taken care of.   It literally took longer to ring me up than for him to run the skis over the wax machine.  I was out and skiing by 2:30.

Observations from today:

Beautiful weather, actually made it to the Zodiac Cafe reading before it started (yes, be amazed).  Simone was wonderful as always, it's good to hear a real set from her.
