Poi Classes starting soon
Anybody want to take beginning poi spinning classes with me?
I'm pretty sure this is using Zuni Poi and not Fire Poi but that is probably a good thing. The class is taught by Mr. Fun of Mystiktoyz and starts a week from Thursday.
Class Description:
Discover the ancient art of Polynesian poi spinning. Resembling martial arts and rhythmic gymnastics, poi spinning is an incredible exercise that will increase physical strength, enhance energy, improve concentration skills, and make you feel more happy and alive! Wear comfortable clothing. Ages 6 and up!
