I went to Toronto last year visiting due South filming locations. What's the bet I end up returning to do the same thing for the Scott Pilgrim movie ;) Loved the city.

So yesterday I was so tired I actually slept until 4pm! Am I guilty of sloth? I wasn't feeling great mid week but still forced myself into going to work. My manager was ok with me taking a day off next week with short notice. I've only had 5 days off this year ( Read more... )

For the Edgar Wright fans, Empire quoted Michael Cera on Scott Pilgrim. I had no idea the comic was set in Toronto - I loved visiting the city when I went last year. Had I known back then I'd of searched for the comics!

DAY 3This was possibly the most geeky part of the holiday in walking what felt like miles in an attempt to find Fraser's 'apartment'. Ended up getting off at least 5 stops too early and walked what seemed like endless blocks along Bloor Street to get there but we did eventually. Before I post more holiday snaps, I forgot to mention that I spent some time browsing the DVD collection at Bay Street Video which was impressive to say the least. And I found that the owners had reviewed some films from my fandoms and wanted to share the good and the bad!
