Back to Life, Back to Reality
So the week is done. The vacation has come to an end. It's been a good week. What, with the time with friends and drinking and partying, it's done wore me out! Fun is the simplest word to use. The week was fun. Last weekend was fun too. In fact, I was sad to see the weekend come to an end last Sunday. Having Brandon, Susan, Kitty and, Spork around all weekend was really quite fun. It was nice to be able to go do something like what we did and do it with friends.
But yes, the vacation is over. Tomorrow morning I get up and drive back to Cali, load my stuff in the van and drive back to Texas. Pretty much nonstop round trip sort of. I'm gonna crash at a hotel going there and coming back. Ive got a gig next weekend at HaVoK and then it's back to work. Back to keeping on the road of success. I found just how easily 1 could fall back into old bad habits this week and it was enough to remind me that I have a purpose and a destiny and those bad habits will only hold me back.
To all my friends, thanks so much for having fun with me this week and a big thankyou to Lacey for the super delicious Tortilla Soup. I will be calling you for a dinner when I get back! LOL
Once again, thanks to everyone for your support in this decision to come back. It's nice to know that friends have missed me and are happy that I'm moving back to Texas.
