S bought a huge salmon filet this weekend at Costco, and we sliced & prepared the whole thing 6 different ways tonight.  My favorite was slathered-in-salt-and-butter-on-the-grill, but I have to admit that oven-baked-with-FruityPebbles-crust was pretty damn good.  And colorful.
