I have a proper post planned with actual insight and everything, but for now this is just a post to say how much I hate the lack of daylight in winter.  It started today.  It stayed dusk-like all day.  I'm tired and grumpy and sad and even though I know it's not really low-ness it still sucks.

I've set up the bright light for tomorrow morning but I know it will take more than that.  I'm going to try and start running every day for the shiny endorphins and I'm going to look into foods that are good for winter blues - I welcome any suggestions.

EDIT:  I've just looked through my recent posts and realised that they're all pretty miserable sounding - I'm actually pretty damn happy at the moment - I'm sure it will come out in a post soonish (probably the one I have planned)!
