... I decided a while ago that it would be good for me to deal with my caffeine addiction. I've managed to go from at least 4 shots of espresso and a strong filter coffee per day to just one strong filter coffee in the morning (with an additional espresso if I'm working out). From here, I thought that dropping down to nothing wouldn't be too big a deal... I was so wrong. Am now drinking a mug of coffee like it's life blood and hoping that the headache goes away before I go ice-skating this evening.
I still want to deal with this at some point but I think I need a better plan. And some time. And some pain killers...
