Flyby op update!

My surgery went ahead last Friday, and all went well. I had a follow up with the doctor the next morning and she seemed happy with everything.
So now I'm into my week's 'posturing' which is basically lying face down on the bed and doing nothing else! And it is a total ballache to be completely frank!
Thanks all for your good wishes, and I'll be back in touch when I can sit up next week and be more productive!
