Pattern question
I need some help and I hope someone has an answer or can point me toward one. I am in the process of making a skirt pattern and I would like to insert a zipper in the finished product (either invisible or lapped). However, I've never used a pattern with a zipper so I don't know how to factor it into my measurements. Should I be adding to my seam allowance where the zipper will go or is there another method?
