Hong Kong Travel Journal - Introduction
There's no really good way to introduce this, so I'll start off where I can - from somewhere in the middle. Hopefully after that I can fill in all of the information around it.
My grandfather, who lives in Hong Kong, died around the last week of April. The viewing, I guess you might consider it to be the equivalent of a wake, is to be held this Saturday and the funeral the day after. My mother and I are going back to attend and we'll be there until Tuesday.
I decided to keep this journal in order to remember both the cultural details and the good things that happened as well as the sadness that comes naturally associated with such an event.
