Another day of Summer...
Today was yet again another day of summer that has now gone away. Nothing really exciting happened. I stayed basically here on my bed all day waiting for something to happen (YET AGAIN!) which yet again came out with no real positive or rather progressive outcome. So yeah friday it might be like this again sadly. My sister and brother have their Irish football tournament so that means both of my parents plus them will be gone all day. I'll have the house to myself and yet again a lot of free time on my hands. In the evening I might go to Pirates of the Caribbean 2 with some friends but that is if they don't go without me tomorrow night (during which I will be stuck closing at work). Tomorrow might be progressive in that I might go buy a new video game for PS2 in the morning but then have little/ no time to play it. Wednesday will come and I'll have yet again another day of boredom awaiting me during which I bet the new video game will get a good amount of usage. Thursady I'll be working again 5 - close so no fun there. Then will come Friday, and as I have said yes, i will be home alone to be bored out of my mind. Before Saturday... my family and I will go up to Lake Winnipesakee for a week like we always do. When we get back who knows what will be going on. Seriously this is the worst summer vacation I have ever had. Not to mention got in some summer reading time and started my first book out of four, All Quiet on The Western Front. Really it is a really informative World War II book however... I am a visual learner and this is VERY GRAPHIC! I'm only on chapter 5 but so far the protagonist's childhood friend has died, horses got hit by shelling and with their torn stomachs started running around the feilds like crazy (thus making them trip over their own intestines), and a new recruit who is gun-shy they almost decided to shoot to put him out of his misery because he'll never walk again do to an injury in his side and his arm is damaged (lucky for the recruit other recruits started coming out of their hiding places from the bombardment so the protagonist and his friend; thats also leader of their squad; didnt shoot him). So yeah I am HIGHLY enjoying this book (if you can't tell that was sarcasim seriously learn about it). So to sum this all up I AM BORED BEYOND A DOUBT, anyone who wishes to free me from this boredom please do so soon! It will be highly appriciated. - tah
