Does anyone know anything about leases and apartments? I know absolutely nothing and I've got a migraine right now trying to figure this crap out. So, my lease at the apartment in Uptown is up at the end of January. The new owners appear to be getting ready to renovate the building and I have a feeling that means they're not going to renew leases or they're going to raise rent substantially. Somehow I hurt myself last night at bowling. My body is sore and somehow I'm thinking that bowling shouldn't do that to a person.
