[Needless to say but waking up in a place that was completely unknown utterly soaking wet was not his idea of a good way to wake up period. The fact that whatever was responsible for his being here had effectively robbed him of his work in the void wasn't going over so well either, though none of this displeasure was visibly shown to anyone who might happen to be nearby. He had come so close to gaining control over the void...well, there was nothing to it, it would seem but to start over here.
Getting to his feet, he noted the device which lay on the ground and picked it up. A moments study and a bit of investigating of what some buttons did what when pushed and shortly thereafter, a feed opens which reveals the man from the shoulders up, still quite soaking wet.]
I require answers as to just what this city is called and whom is responsible for my presence here.

Though really, the why didn't much matter to him at this point, he was here and if he disagreed with whatever purpose he had been brought here for, then he would work toward removing whomever was in charge of this place or show them it was best for them and everyone else in this city to allow him to take the reigns of things.]
