LU
I just got back from checking out Laurentian University and wow, what a place! The residences arent what I expected(in a good way) and its so huge! We did a Scavenger Hunt that made us walk around pretty much the entire campus... Its not a humungous place, but it is a long walk... and the pool is really nice (Olympic 50m). I cant wait to move out here... Ive already had a vodka cooler and am feeling super... no more til later cause Im going back to LU for the Pub night activities... the rents feel it is a good opportunity to meet more people in my program... so far Ive met no one else in SPAD which is kinda weird. But yeah. Bob is so nice! Hes funny too... thank gawd for the amazing family that I have living in Sudbury! I met Jeanine and Murray(Grand-maman's brother) yesterday... Jeanine is such an amazing artist!!! The are actually breath taking. I can only hope to ever become such a good artist. She paints Aboriginal women, landscapes, sunsets, flowers, animals, and even some family members. She is absolutely fabulous! She says to call if Im ever going hungry cause she always has plenty in the freezer to go around... I didnt get the chance to see Carrie or Megan, but alas, I cannot do eet all!!!
The only bummer bout going to see LU was that majjah was being really annoying. And I mean really. She wasnt acting like herself and was crazy peppy the entire time... I know these are her old stomping grounds, but still! Get a grip woman! The rents seem more excited than me about this whole dealio yo... could that be a not-so-good sign?? Lets not over analyze this day. It was super sunny, and hopefully tonight will be fun as well... maye I should tote the DB shirt? the amazing DB... oh baby. Aight... Ive been tying up the phone line long enough I think.
