http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=127068061552&ref=nf I spent a few hours this afternoon helping my friend/coworker get stuff ready for her the garage sale tomorrow. The whole family was already there by the time I got there around 12:30 and they really needed every helping hand they could get to organize everything. I really can't believe the amount of stuff and quality of the items on sale. Her whole garage, backyard & driveway are overflowing with generous donations: Electronics, kitchenware, tons of books, tons of games, so much kids stuff, outdoor gear, clothes, appliances, furniture, bikes, etc. I've never seen a garage sale like this before. When I left, there were still donations being brought in and still lots of work ahead of them!
I also met little Mia today. She's so sweet and so brave. She'll be running a lemonade stand tomorrow.
I'll be baking some one-bite peanut butter chocolate chip cookie/brownies tonight so that Nicole can sell them tomorrow.
