Who: Greg, Sabine, Gilder, others that were invited, naturally. Reception is open to all non-hostiles/friends of the family/family, ceremony needs to be done in some kind of order that will be worked out later.
What: A wedding on a birthday. What? It makes perfect sense!

On the other side, Haku was in a black and red formal gown, strapless and cut just above the knee, holding a white, red and yellow bouquet. Alex and Maddie were also in their formal clothes, Maddie's a lacy white with red trim, and Alex's a plain black suit. Alex held the rings on a pillow, and Maddie had rose petals in a basket.
All in all it was the ideal setting, even if the crowd was a little on the small side. Greg didn't mind, though. It was the fact that it was happening that counted.

There were many times that she thought she never get to this day, what with everything happening so far in her life.
But, now wasn't the time to dwell upon that kind of stuff. No. Today was a day filled with nothing but happiness all around. She truly felt like she could move on.
Well, now's not the time to have cold feet, Sabine, she told herself as she shook her head. Her black hair was done up in a very stylish ponytail and she had a small crown in her hair as well. In addition to that, she had a veil in her hair that hung down her back.
As for her wedding dress, she had on a mostly white dress with black decorations all around it. Even the folds of where her gown was had black decals on them. Had she cared about the scars that were revealed on her shoulder, she would have covered it up. Although, right now? She didn't care. Even Nick seemed to agree with that, letting out a quiet 'wow' at him. Greg just grinned wider, waiting with his heart hammering in his chest for her to arrive at the front of the aisle.

He smiled widely, and reached up to straighten his glasses as she approached. He wouldn't do anything to steal the show here. There would be time for that at the reception. This was their day, and he was going to make sure they enjoyed it.

Music blared over the speakers in the ball room of the Hyperion, people mingling about, dancing and having a generally good time. The wedding had gone off without a hitch, and the newly weds were having a grand time, dancing with their children goofily in the middle of the dance floor. Needless to say, it was quite the party.

She was enjoying the down time. It was needed, so much so. But that was the last thing on her mind right now. It was time for the festives, and the well wishes for the couple. They really did make a nice couple, she thought as she nibbled on something that vaguely reminded her of Amestrian cooking.
