After talking with Kazuma and seeing him like that, Nadeko just wasn't sure how else to deal with it other than just running back up to the apartment and confining herself to the room for however long. She still felt crappy (despite doing a lot better than she had been before), she'd never had a situation like this before, and she just didn't know how else to handle it, short of yelling at Watanuki and demanding that he treat her friend better.
But really, she just wanted to be left alone at this point. She didn't want Kazuma to be alone, but after dealing with this for the past week or so since he'd been here, she just wanted to go to her room and pretend none of this was happening, that everyone was living together perfectly happily, nothing was wrong.
She arrived at the apartment and opened the door, not noticing that she'd slammed it behind her when she came in. She was making her way to her room now.
