In the wake of the battle against Bloodclan and the tussle for Tetha Neon City and the digital world in general was on it's toes.
Nervous, testy, anxious, it made life hard for a relaxed fella like Sheep Man.
So he opted to help out in the most manageable lazy was possible.
A simple stand set up in the park made of cardboard, duct tape and marker that read "Psychiatric help, 5 bits."
And on the lower portion of his "Desk" a sign read "The Doctor is In."
Step on up and vent if you so feel inclined.
