What: New friend becomes a new co-worker.

Where: DATS Neon Garage
It was a difficult decision for Haku to come back to work again. Onizuka was still recovering (though doing markedly better than he had been, considering he'd broken out of the hospital just to come home) and with what happened to Toby, she was reluctant to just up and return to DATS while leaving everyone else to deal with themselves for however many hours she was gone during the day.
But she'd also been out of work for almost an entire month, and while Dart and EVE were finally getting along again, she wasn't about to leave the garage in their hands forever. It wasn't a question of capability, it was more the fact that she was, technically, their direct superior and she couldn't be that from the Hyperion. And that aside, she was starting to miss being able to tinker with her cars.
Being back, though, wasn't stopping her from being distracted. She was staring at the wrecked remains of the H2, making a thoughtful face but not doing anything.
