"And remember to--"
"I know, I know--look, I'll be good, ok Jules?" Impmon looked up at Juliet, who sighed (again--everything just seemd to exasperate or tire her, or just generally try her patience) and looked around the courtyard. Something clenched deep in her stomach--it reminded her of that too short recording of her sister and her young nephew playing in the park, and she had dared to hope that if she ever went to a park again, it would be that one, with her family...instead, she was here.
"Think they'll be here soon?"
At least Impmon seemed happy.
"I'm sure, just be patient." And with that, Juliet sat down on a bench, arching a brow as Impmon just used the bench as a jumping off point into the tree above her.
"Don't fall down," she idly called.
"Of course not!" He snapped back. "I love climbing trees, I'm a freakin' expert with them!"
Juliet shook her head, smirking, then leaned her head back, wishing she had a book with her, Carrie preferably....
